O Dr. Oscar Zanutto is a psychologist of work and organization. He has been working since 2000 at Instituto per Servizi di Ricovero ed Assistenza agli Anziani in Treviso, northern Italy. He is responsible for the issues of Quality, European Programs and Innovative Technologies at the FABER Institute. She has extensive experience in managing programs for active and healthy aging of the elderly and in the implementation of innovative techniques for aging. He teaches at the University of Padua Masters at the Department of Psychology.
