WHO WE ARE

Alliance for Integrated Care is an initiative of young scientists with experience in the field of health and social integration and experienced experts with vast experience in relevant issues both in Greece and abroad, and to offer "Social Innovation" services to vulnerable and specific population groups.
The WHO is a recognized Scientific Association from the Athens Court of First Instance and has a date of first registration on 28 February 2017.

Our Services

Active and Healthy Aging

We support the design, implementation and evaluation of actions for healthy and active aging of citizens and their independent living in cooperation with national bodies, local government, patient associations, families, the academic community and health and social care professionals.

Prevention of Chronic Diseases

We coordinate and participate in Greek and European programs for the prevention of chronic diseases such as Diabetes and CHD according to the needs of each individual patient and we offer smart solutions related to the change of behavior regarding risk factors such as smoking, diet and stress and we help them to step out of their “comfort zone”.

Social Innovation

We co-design and implement social innovations in health and social care by implementing sophisticated holistic health care, e-health and m-health applications, transforming the roles of professionals, involving patients and their families in the design and delivery of services jointly with health and social care professionals.

Social Integration for Refugees and Migrants

We act to integrate refugees and migrants into Greek reality by providing counseling, legal support, psychological support, entertainment and housing services, and we look after their training so that they can integrate into the right working environment and gain financial independence.

Mental Health for Children, Adolescents, Adults and the Elderly

We support the autonomous living of people with mental disorders and mental deprivation and empower them to enjoy their lives to the fullest extent possible.

Prevention and Combating Domestic Violence

We work with the European Family Justice Center’s Alliance to provide holistic one stop services to victims of domestic violence and trafficking and to reconcile victims with perpetrators.
