The President of AfIC Mr. Anastasios Rentoumis, presented the H2020 project SMARTBEAR during the virtual HealthIT conference 2020. The project focuses on increasing the self management of chronic patients suffering from CVD, Frailty, Balance Disorders, Mental Disorders, Cognitive Disorders and Loss of Hearing using Machine Learning Techniques and Algorithms, Big Data Analytics, Connected health Devices and Home sensors.
The Summer School with title “Shaping Healthcare Leaders in the era of Social Innovation and Real World Evidence” of the Institute of HealthCare Management, UK, will take place from 2 to 8 September 2019 in Palaio Faliro, organized by AfIC.
